Money in,
in plain English.
This form moves real money, here's exactly what you're authorizing, no fine print buried in an engagement letter.
Question about your invoice? Ask usWhat this authorizes
You're giving SMAART permission to charge the payment method you provide for a specific invoice amount, or to set up recurring billing for a SMAART service you've engaged.
When we run it
For one-time charges, we run the payment within one business day. For recurring billing, we charge on the schedule you agree to in your engagement letter, typically monthly.
How the data is handled
The form runs on Salesforce's PCI-compliant platform. Card and bank details are tokenized, SMAART staff never see your raw numbers, only the last four digits for reconciliation.
You can cancel
Withdraw authorization in writing at any time. For recurring charges, give us at least three business days before the next scheduled run so we can stop it cleanly.
Talk to us before you pay if anything is unclear.
Authorizing a charge you aren't sure about is a mistake we don't want you to make. Email your SMAART lead or reach out - we'll walk through the invoice line by line.
