• Evaluate clients' healthcare needs and assist them in selecting appropriate health insurance plans.

• Research and analyze various health insurance options, policies, and coverage to provide accurate and informed recommendations to clients.

• Explain policy terms, benefits, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.

• Assist clients in completing health insurance applications accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate favorable terms and premiums on behalf of clients.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and insurance industry trends.

• Support clients throughout the claims process, including filing claims, resolving issues, and advocating for their interests.

• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and compliance with privacy and security regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of insurance transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
