Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

• Assess financial operations and make recommendations for improvements.

• Provide expertise in areas such as tax planning, auditing, and financial consulting.

• Ensure that financial statements and reports adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and are in compliance with relevant regulations.

• Analyze business operations, costs, revenues, and trends to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate guidance and solutions.

• Conduct internal audits to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with internal controls.

• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.

• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience working as a CPA in an accounting firm or similar environment.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (GAAP).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
